Pryme Four has been appointed by Cadogan Estates to manage the pre-planning and planning processes for the conversion of this Grade II listed former bank building into a food and beverage space. Previously occupied by SoulCycle, the retail unit spans 5,000 sq. ft over two floors and was fully fitted out before the pandemic.
The project includes the strip-out of the former retail space, installation of new ductwork and ventilation systems, and adaptation of the retail display window for concealed air intakes and signage. Managing multiple contracts, Pryme Four is overseeing the implementation of planning approvals, procurement, and construction works to facilitate this transformation while preserving the building’s heritage.
