Pryme Four is providing Project Management, Cost Consultancy, and Contract Administration for the Cat A refurbishment of a Grade II listed office building and attached mews, transforming the space across basement and five floors to deliver a high-end finish.
The project includes a new ground floor glazed terrace and a glazed enclosed staircase connecting the basement to the ground floor within the mews building. A new fifth-floor flat roof deck is being introduced between the mansard roofs, creating additional office accommodation, with a plant deck positioned above. The refurbishment enhances facilities with new basement toilet and shower areas, a lift replacement within the existing shaft, and modern mechanical and electrical systems throughout. A bike store within the external vault is also being incorporated, alongside a premium serviced office furniture fit-out to create a sophisticated and functional workspace.
