Pryme Four provided Employer’s Agent and Cost Consultancy services to BREO Cavendish Unit Trust, in partnership with LBS Properties Ltd, for the redevelopment of 95 New Cavendish Street.

The project involved the demolition and strip-out of an existing office building, making way for a new five-story commercial office space with a gross internal area of approximately 4,252m².
