Pryme Four were appointed for Project Management and Employer’s Agent and Cost Consultancy of the project involving the conversion of an existing 6 storey office building to 8 storey residential comprising 22 apartments including construction of the two additional floors, full external façade replacement, ground floor shell retail unit and new residential entrance reception.
