Pryme Four is supporting the transformation of Southampton’s historic Bargate Quarter into a vibrant retail, leisure, and residential destination. This 400,000 sq. ft development by Tellon Capital will introduce 287 modern apartments, a 240-bedroom hotel, and flexible retail spaces across six architecturally distinct blocks ranging from four to nine stories.

Designed to respect the area’s 900-year-old heritage, the project incorporates outdoor seating, kiosks, and multifunctional public spaces, seamlessly integrating with the medieval Bargate and historic town walls. Complex site conditions, including archaeological investigations, basement refurbishments, and Art Deco façade restorations, are being carefully managed to ensure a sensitive and high-quality redevelopment.
