Berwick Street

Pryme Four is managing the refurbishment and reconfiguration of a prominent terrace of three properties featuring office suites from the first to fifth floors and retail units at lower ground and ground levels. The project ensures continuity for existing tenants, with 84 Berwick Street remaining occupied, while 83 Berwick Street undergoes refurbishment and the existing café is extended and reconfigured for a new food and beverage operator.

The office spaces will be modernized and restructured, introducing a new entrance and double-height lobby on Livonia Street, a rear staircase, communal lift, WCs, and basement storage/plant areas. The small office units will be amalgamated into larger, more functional spaces, aligning with the demands of central London’s commercial market.
