Pryme Four is managing the transformation of an existing retail site, enhancing its commercial, leisure, and public realm facilities. The project involves removing smaller courtyard-style retail units, constructing a double-deck car park, and developing new retail, food and beverage, gym, cinema, and healthcare spaces over two floors.

The redevelopment will increase car parking capacity from 860 to 950 spaces and introduce a 72-bed hotel above new retail units, creating a modern, multi-use destination. With upgraded public spaces and enhanced accessibility, the project will deliver a vibrant and sustainable environment for visitors and businesses alike.
