Pryme Four were appointed to provide Cost Management, Project Management and Contract Administrator services for a landscape-led luxury development comprising 150 apartments and units split over 8 apartment blocks and 17 houses (including a bespoke 10,000sq ft property) situated on the Kent coast on a former school site. ​

​The site sloped steeply so project included a technical ground retention and cut & fill exercise to create a terraced site.​

Pryme Four worked alongside the client, local authority and external consultants to provide detailed cost management aiding the purchase of the site. We provided Project Management services including the discharge of planning conditions. Whilst also undertaking the tender of several phases of the work.
