Pryme Four acted as Project Managers, Cost Consultants, and Contract Administrators for the comprehensive refurbishment of key areas within the building, delivering high-end finishes throughout.

The project included a full refurbishment of the main building entrance, featuring new terrazzo floor tiling on steps and landings, a new external clad canopy, and glazed flanking walls with landscaped planters. The ground-floor reception area was upgraded with a new reception desk, coffee bar, wall paneling, and a manager’s office, creating a modern and welcoming space. Additional enhancements included upgrades to the lift lobbies, showers, changing rooms, and WC facilities, ensuring a premium experience for tenants.
