South Quay Building, Canary Wharf
Pryme Four has been providing Cost Management, Project Management, and Employer’s Agent services across multiple phases of work at South Quay Building, ensuring high-quality refurbishments and enhanced functionality throughout the property.
The project has involved a Cat A refurbishment of the 10th and 11th floors, along with Cat B refurbishments on levels 2, 3, 6, 7, and 13. As part of the enhancements, Pryme Four has overseen the transformation of the reception area, creating additional social and workspaces, while also managing the development of a new gym within the basement to improve tenant amenities.
Our role extends beyond refurbishment, as we continue to provide ongoing management services, including fire compartmentation upgrades and external treatments, ensuring the building remains compliant, modern, and optimised for its occupants.
