Pryme Four are providing a Cost Consultancy and Construction Administrator service for a Private client for the refurbishment of their family home in Kensington. ​

The project included a full refurbishment of the 6-story mansion, with 6 guest bedrooms, cinema, gym, wine room and roof terrace. Providing its own challenges with the inclusion of 2 interior designs. ​

Pryme Four were responsible for all pre and post contract cost management. We procured the project using a single stage competitive tender.
